&lt;p&gt;First off, it is a STAKE in the company that they are buying... not the whole company. And the fact is, I saw it upstairs... walked downstairs, and forgot the URL. Been busy at work and haven't had the chance to follow up. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Like I said, it is a rumor. I don't know that it is true and I hope that it isn't.&lt;/p&gt;
